This area is used to store various Documents and pieces of Information germane to the safe and on-going running of the Club. Sections include:
Formal Notices:
- Accept Formal notices by email - Although shortly to be included in the Constitution, none the less, Members are asked to check this so as to confirm it is essential they monitor the email account stated.
- Swimming - the statement Members with Children use to confirm they have reached this standard
- Insurance - Details about the Insurance every Member is required to hold for each Boat they register, or bring to use, at the Club
Committee Minutes:
- Copies of all agreed minutes for the past year
Constitution:
- A Copy of the Current Constitution and which currently also shows the proposed changes, detailed in red, which are the subject of the Special General Meeting which has been convened for the 18th. December at 14:00 in the Dry Lounge of the Clubhouse.
