There are a variety of Membership Levels which are designed to provide you with a cost effective way of joining the Club, whilst at the same time providing a fair balance between Members in their contribution to the Club's funds, and these are detailed below. In the text below, a Full Member, i.e. a Family head or Individual, has the right to vote at an AGM or SGM, whereas a Social or Junior member does not have that right.
This allows for two co-habiting Adults and their dependent children under the age of 21 on the 1st. March Full membership of the Club, though only one members is entitled to vote at Annual or Special General Meetings. The record holds information about the 'Family Head' - simply defined as the person to whom ASC will send the renewal notice! - in some detail, along with information about the Children. The name of the second Adult is held in this record, but the 2nd Adults details can be entered in a record of their own, which in turn allows them to receive Club emails directly, though please note a second email address, different to the Family Head, must be provided to use this facility.
This allows an Adult Full membership of the Club.
This allows for one Adult and their dependent children under the age of 18 on the 1st. March Full membership of the Club. The record holds information about the Adult and details of the Children.
This is designed for Junior members aged over 16 and under the age of 21 on the 1st March, or full time Students under the age of 30, full use of the Club.
As Juniors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible Adult at all times while at the Club, Social & Junior or Individual +Junior membership levels should be used in this instance.
This allows for one Adult social use of the Club, and their dependent children full use of the Club. The record holds basic information about the Adult and details of the Children.
This allows one Adult full access to the Grounds and Clubhouse, and to join in Club events, but not to sail.
